Admin - Expanded support for custom metadata fields
• The system now supports custom metadata namespaces and fields that can be used in tagging and metadata extraction. These can be stored in the database and used in the metadata flow of the system.
• Custom metadata fields are now displayed in the “File & Metadata” section on the detail page. The list of available metadata fields is retrieved from the metadata settings in Admin.

• When logging in with Active Directory, expired interfaces are now automatically removed. This ensures that the access shown on the user page in Admin is always up to date.

Brand book - Bugfix in the image picker
An issue where an image could appear in the image picker even when no image existed has been fixed when selecting a logo in the Brand book.

New job tracking for image processing
A new job tracking mechanism for image processing has been introduced. The system now records tasks in the database and marks jobs as completed once all tasks are finished.
Improvements to image selection and downloads
• Handling of selecting many images and the number of assets displayed per page has been improved for a more stable user experience.

The Magick.NET library has been upgraded to address known security vulnerabilities.

Admin - New feature for managing metadata namespaces
Administrators can now create, edit and delete custom metadata namespaces and metadata fields. This enables more flexible management of custom metadata within the system.

Brand book - Improvements and bug fixes
• Front page image selection in the Brand Book has been simplified. Only the correct image needs to be selected, without tabs for different formats.
• The image selector layout has been improved, with clearer borders and no gaps between elements.
• The file size of the front page image is now displayed when selecting an image.
• An issue where tall logo images could overflow outside the borders in the image selector has been fixed.

Admin - Bugfixes
• A bug that could cause parts of the Profile Manual configuration page not to be saved correctly has been fixed.
• The button “Visible only in the administrator interface” was pre-checked when editing metadata. This has now been corrected. At the same time, the translation of the word “only” was added in all languages available in the admin.
• The padlocks indicating which consent status image has were not displayed after transitioning from Frontend to Admin. The error has now been corrected.
• Consent status is now included in exports from the “Consenting Persons” page.

Admin – New functionality
• Permalinks are now available to all customers. Previously, the permalink feature had to be enabled separately, but now administrators can create, regenerate, and view a list of permalinks with their associated URL.
• New email validation rules now allow valid email addresses that were previously rejected.

• The API now includes four new methods for creating, editing and retrieving grouped custom information for documents.

The first page in Designer now displays page numbers, so it's possible to add a new page or perform actions even if an image covers the entire page.

Improved Active Directory login
• A bug that prevented users from receiving updated access to the correct interfaces after logging in with Active Directory has been fixed. In some cases, users were redirected to the wrong interface on their first login if more than two days had passed since their last login. This has now been resolved.
• Active Directory logging has been improved, making it easier to investigate and resolve potential issues.
Brand book - Improved login with Active Directory
When using an Active Directory domain together with the Brand book, users are now automatically logged in via Active Directory and redirected directly to the correct page in the Brand book after login.

• Conversion of EPS files has been improved by the fact that resolution is now automatically adjusted based on file size, providing a better balance between quality and performance.

Expanded metadata support
• Imageshop now supports several new SkyView fields in metadata, allowing more information about files to be extracted, viewed, and used.
• The new fields appear in “File and Metadata” in admin and can be used both in tagging and other metadata operations.
• Metadata handling has been improved so that images with GPS information are processed correctly, even when explicit mappings are missing.
• Error handling in metadata extraction has been improved so tagging can continue even if some metadata fields cannot be read.

Brand book - Improved access and visibility
• We have updated how permissions work in the Brand Book. Private content can now only be viewed by users who have access through one of the available interfaces in the image bank.
• Public content is now visible to everyone. The option to “make the brand book public” has been removed, since all public content is already fully open for viewing.
• The dropdown menus for defining an external or internal interface have been removed. The external interface is still stored in the background for compatibility, until the Brand Book becomes fully public.
• Button titles have been improved, and buttons related to publishing and private/public settings have been reorganized to make everything clearer. Missing translations have also been added.

API - Features
We’ve added a new method that retrieves information about a permalink, such as the file type it points to. This method can later be expanded to include more details like width and height. Additionally, Search2 results now include both DocumentTypeId and DocumentType, and it is now possible to search for the VECTOR document type.
