Brand book - Ny function and Improvements

• The Brand Book can now be translated into multiple languages.

Configuration page to determine available file formats

A configuration page was added in admin to determine which file formats should be available for download in the frontend interface.

Admin and Frontend - Improvements to texts and guidance

• The name of the “Add to album” button has been updated to more clearly explain its purpose.
• When downloading multiple files, “High resolution” has been replaced with “Full resolution” to make the format selection easier to understand.
• The multiple download dialog now includes a tooltip that clarifies the format selection.
• A typo in the consent pop-up (English) has been fixed.

Brand book - Improvements

• It is now possible to jump between chapters also in profile manuals that use template 2 on the front page.
• The layout of pop-up windows in the Profile Guide has been improved so that text is no longer broken in an unfortunate way.

More flexible user profiles

• User fields such as email address, first name, last name and company name can now be up to 250 characters long. This provides better support for longer names and email addresses.

Image picker - New function

When inserting an image with format=JSON, the response now also contains the MIME type of the permalink.

The “next page” button will no longer reappear when there are no more pages to show.

• The button formerly called “Tag” is now called “Edit Metadata” to make the function clearer.

• The mouse pointer now becomes a clickable cursor when you hover over a consent person's delete button.

• A bug in a setting on the new page for configuring formats has been fixed.

Brand book - Improved access and visibility

• We have updated how permissions work in the Brand Book. Private content can now only be viewed by users who have access through one of the available interfaces in the image bank.

• Public content is now visible to everyone. The option to “make the brand book public” has been removed, since all public content is already fully open for viewing.

• The dropdown menus for defining an external or internal interface have been removed. The external interface is still stored in the background for compatibility, until the Brand Book becomes fully public.

• Button titles have been improved, and buttons related to publishing and private/public settings have been reorganized to make everything clearer. Missing translations have also been added.

API - Features

We’ve added a new method that retrieves information about a permalink, such as the file type it points to. This method can later be expanded to include more details like width and height. Additionally, Search2 results now include both DocumentTypeId and DocumentType, and it is now possible to search for the VECTOR document type.
